Truly an elegant NYC experience. The cruise is nothing like the 2-3 story traditionally hot tourist cruises. It's fine dining at a tremendous price. I took the day tour. People wore casual/cocktail. A few had tennis shoes and capri but most had buttoned collars and dresses. There were several celebrating anniversaries and birthdays. A woman in a long black dress played on a baby grand and sang Sinatra songs while giving us the history of some of the buildings. 3 course meal was served. A wonderful micro-salad, an option of chicken or vegetarian and cheese cake. The courses were spread out so you could walk the boat and see NYC's skyline and statue. The staff were more than happy to take your pictures.

Four of us planned a 65th birthday trip to NY and booked the lunch cruise Premium package well in advance of our arrival to NY. Sixteen days prior to the lunch cruise I received a text from this company that our cruise was cancelled "for lack of interest". We could not go any other day than the day we booked because all of our days were planned,. I would NOT do business with this company because they will cancel on you if they so desire . This is not the way to operate a business. We had to go through a hassle on the phone to get a refund of over $700 on our credit card.

After a stressful first day in New York due to Viator's awful service with another booking, me and my daughter were really looking forward to this trip. We arrived an hour before we were due to set sail and went to check in, the ladies at the booking office said that they had no record of our booking with Viator being transferred to them, despite us booking this trip back in October 2017. They told us that they had no room to accommodate us. I told them that we could not do the trip another day due to our tight schedule, we were then told that they could fit us on however continually made the point that they were full. We were squeezed into a corner of the boat and completely ignored for most of the time due to the limited staff on board. We felt like an inconvenience. The whole experience was completely overshadowed by yet more stress caused by Viator. Would not recommend due to such a negative experience with Viator and their poor communication with the organisers of the boat trip, AVOID!
