For one thing your guide 1 hour late, we were told on phone when booking was a tour by car, as we had two seniors who could not walk far, so we talked to Kristin in Uk and cancelled this tour and wanted a refund in full, we have taken yours before in Europe and no problems, we were forced to take Uber for some sightseeing

I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. Nearly all our experiences are walking or public transport one's as we feel this is the best way to get under the skin of the city. When specially requested we can find a private driver but the experiences are not sold on this basis and we try to be totally clear that this is the case. I am sorry it wasn't in this instance and that Kristin was able to resolve it as best as possible. We are very sorry for the disappointing nature of your experience with us. Best wishes, Nick
