I had such an enjoyable experience on the West Village food tour with Jack! Even if youā€™ve already visited some of these iconic food spots, Jack brings an entirely new perspective that goes far beyond just the food. His storytelling is captivating, and he brings a natural warmth and charisma that makes the tour feel personal and memorable. You come away not just with a full stomach, but with a deeper appreciation for the neighborhood and the city itself. Iā€™d follow Jack on any other tour in a heartbeat, so impressed by him!

This was a fun food and walking tour! Lydia asked us how much history we wanted as we walked around and she gave us just the right amount. She knew the answers to all our questions and we really enjoyed learning about the history and personalities of the area. Meeting Gary of the Bleeker Street Pizza family was a highlight. Not only was the pizza superb, but he was charming. I appreciated that we went to several food establishments (bakery, restaurant, deli) that had been in the same family for generations. My favorite stop was definitely the pizza. A second favorite was the Belgian french fries with multiple sauces - especially the rosemary sauce! Lydia was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and we really enjoyed our time with her.
