I got 4 passes on Groupon. 2 kids and 2 adults for 3 days of unlimited attractions. We definitely got our moneys worth. We picked up the tickets in the morning and the staff was friendly and helpful. We did a ton of museums and had some luck since we really only had to wait at the world trade center. The other attractions weren't too lined up We were able to reserve places for The Ride aswell ( we reserved as soon as I got our cards) There are so many things we got to do that we wouldn't have been able to do if we needed to pay for each individual ticket. We would even go into museums just to relax and sit down for a bit :) So overall if you are planning on visiting museums this is a great deal. However I would suggest at least 3 full days to do it. We were there for 6 days and we chose to use the 3 days in the middle of the trip to be able to get the full 24 hours. It would be a lot of running around with only the 1 day pass.

.I heard from a friend about this pass so I purchased it. When traveling its best to have things planned. So I planned my day. Made my reservations for the day, however the app never mentioned that I would have to go to this disgusting, hole in the wall bike rental. They made me wait 1 1/2 hrs for a bike while still having bicycles in the store. A guy walks in with customers and because they were paying cash they received the bicycles before my family. Had I known I could have paid $10 for all day I would have never bought this pass.. I ended up missing my cruise reservation and had to move my dinner plans. Not to mention Central Park has hills and the bikes that were given to us were cheap with weak breaks. Imagine going downhill with one front break and feet breaks. I canā€™t believe I spent so much money, to have the ugliest bikes in cp. Worst experience at a bike rental in my life. Avoid at all cost. The New York Pass is what Iā€™ll be using on my next trip to NYC.

Last year I purchased this pass. It was great. Customer service was amazing. Bus was running fine. Bike rental were new bikes. So of course I purchased it again for this 3 day trip. Purchased 5 attractions, my biggest problem was with the bike rental. I went to the shop but unfortunately they no longer work with the pass. They offered me a discount but I already paid for the bikes so walked over a few blocks. To my surprise they didnā€™t give me a bike right away claimed I had to make a reservation. I reserved 2 hours later returned. To receive, the heaviest, worst seat with the worst breaks. My boyfriends chain kept coming out of his bike. And I was just too scared to ride my bike as the breaks were no good for the park. We call the store for help. They said wait 40 mins someone is on his way. We couldnā€™t wait that long as we had reservations for top of the rock. We managed to put the chain back on. Rode for 5 mins, downhill.. imagine going downhill with feet breaks on a very heavy bike. After which I see a guy on a pedicab, he took me back to 7th ave. I ended up paying $50 to go from w79 to w55. Once I get back they tell me. ā€œYou signed a waiver, so you canā€™t do anything to usā€ after 20 mins of back and forth I realized that you pay for what you get right. Never again!!!
