We had reservations about getting this pass, as we had read some poor reviews. We went ahead and purchased 3 unlimited passes anyway, and while they made some things easier, others were more difficult. For instance, if you visit the 9/11 museum, you have to wait in one line to get tickets still, and then wait in the main line when it would be so much easier to buy tickets from the machine and just wait in one line. There are things that we were able to do however that we would not have done otherwise, and those things turned out to be some of our favorites. The pass does add some pressure though, as you try to do as many attractions as possible in order to make them pay off. In the end, we figured we only saved $30, but there were a couple of things we had planned that we were unable to do. We had also read that sometimes the passes did not work. We had paper copies and had no issues at all. Now that we have seen most of the main attractions, I'm not sure I would buy the passes again, but as a one time deal, I think they are a good investment for first time visitors.
