How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid

My husband and I went to NYC with this pass. Upfront we checked how many sights we wanted to see and bought a pass for 12 sights. Ths information on the site and in the app is inadequate. It doesn't say that if you want to go to top of the rock you still have to get a ticket. It also doesn't say that if you want to go to the one world observatory with this pass you can only reserve a ticket for the same day. The lines are long, then you come to the ticket booth and you've stood in line for nothing. Very annoying! A lot of the tours can be done separately of the pass. We did the Harlem gospel tour. The information part was good. However they took us to a gospel church were 99% of the people were white tourists! So that's not exactly a 'true gospel experience'... My advice? Think about what you want to do and when and then check which pass suits you best.

I bought the 10 sights flexipass that was valid for 30 days, as l was staying in Nyc for 2 weeks. I wanted to book the Harlem Gospel yours for either of my weekends in Nyc and all dates were fully booked. I also wanted to book other Brooklyn tours and again they were booked and dates of availability were scarce. There does not seem to a decent allotment of spots for these tours if you are a sightseeing pass holder.Extremely disappointed that my family missed out on these tours. The queues to all the major attractions are incredibly long and having this pass makes no difference at all. There is no priority and you wait just as long as general admission people. Having a child l discovered that many of the attractions did not charge entry fees for children. So the child pass was not a great saving at all. I would recommend you know beforehand what attractions to want to see and check the entry fees to compare if the pass is actually worthwhile. I was sorry l bought the 10 attraction pass as l ended up just selecting attractions for the sake of using the pass and not wasting my money. Would not choose this particular pass again as l think the other competitor passes may have different,better attractions and better priority access.

This sightseeing pass is definitely worth the money! You save so much money and it’s so convenient. I even got 10% discount on a day trip to Washington because I had it.
