Limited hours to the busses, dirty windows, lames guidance (if at all). Huge line at attractions in separate lines to pick up your entry voucher and only then you realize that you can pick-up tickets to enter the attraction few hours later in the day. Still looking for the fast track, or ways to skip the lines as was hinted in the site. Btw ā€“ If you bought the pass online you still need to go to a physical line in town to pick-up your bus pass. Lots of misleading information and no one to ask. The one thing that was fulfill is that I stayed on budget. Got the 5 days pass and spent most of my time waiting on lines to get attractions tickets that I didnā€™t have time to spend any more.

Dear Keren M, Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for any maintenance, delays and any frustration you experienced during your tours. Our bus schedule during the Winter months are: * Uptown - 9:00am - 5:00pm * Downtown - 8:00am - 5:00pm * Brooklyn - 11:00am - 3:00pm * Night - 6:00pm - 7:30pm * Boat Ferry - 10:00am - 4:00pm Our buses average 15 to 30 minutes between each bus; with the exception of any traffic delays, street closures and detours. For the bus tours, yes, you do need to redeem your bus voucher at any of the 7 Visitors Centers located throughout the city. For attractions you can go directly to each attraction and scan your pass. At any given time the lines at any popular attraction can be long. The "fast track" is only available for certain attractions. Again, thank you for your feedback and our best regards.

In NY for a week and purchased a 10 attraction pass, that night we sat down and planned our sightseeing around the list of "available attractions". Of the 10 "attractions" we picked 7 times we were turned away being told that the pass in fact was not applicable at said "attraction" Only 1 business was polite enough to explain that the NYC sightseeing Pass has a lot of misleading attractions listed, they are well aware of the false advertising and dont care. To this day i have made 8 phone calls, only to be left on hold then hung up on and 17 emails without a response. Disgusting business practices by a pack of Thieves, Con Artists and Liars

We took the ferry from town to do the Brooklyn tour after having experienced great service from Gray Line on the Manhattan side. However the Brooklyn side is chaos ! The the ferry's guide (24 Dec at 14:35) best answer where we should get onto the Brooklyn bus tour was 'to read your map or call customer service' we stood at B25 bus stop with the Gray Line sign for an hour when we saw the bus pass and ran alongside it on the opposite side of the road. Once on the bus our guide on no. 71506 best answer was 'sir the City of NY has thousands of incorrect Gray Line signs, this is the one my boss has with a permit' Not great support from the employees for this service at all. Rather invest in getting a local guide to accompany you on Grayline pay for their ticket and daily fee or you will be lost. See this picture we stood here for 40 mins - it is not a stop and incorrectly signed.
