How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid
• You may only visit each attraction once

So so disappointing. Dont do trust me. Pay more and do any of tje other tours like top deck ect.... they do it cheaper but have less buses so you wait for ages to even get on a bus let alone sit on the top. They trap you in unless you tip the driver. They leave you stranded late in the day(we saw 7 top deck buses to each sightseeing buses) Rude inconsiderable staff. Trust me they do not care about your experience they only care about maximising profits and this is very very clear. I have used them in paris,london,dubai with no problems bit neber again in NYC

I wish I had looked at trip advisor prior to booking the hop on hop off bus. I spent $132 for 3 people to wait in lines the majority of our limited time in NYC. Like others mentioned below, we had to wait in a line just to turn in our voucher for tickets. We waited over an hour at a stop where 5 buses went by with no room for us. Then we ended up paying for a taxi to return us to our hotel without seeing the rest of the tour. We've done similar tours in other countries and never have had this bad of service.

I spent over $500.00 to do the 3 day pass, but was told 'there was an error generating the entry barcode.I was advised "Please ask the tour operator to look you up by name'. This was not the case when we arrived in New York. Long story short, we were at the Guggenheim Museum trying to redeem our voucher, get a pass, but were denied. Phonecalls were made by myself to viator, it was a long wait, we were told they could not help me, they do not even process passes for New York!! I asked why they even advertise that they do?? I did eventually get my money back, but this left us without a pass, our whole trip to New York was changed. Very frustrating & disappointing to say the least. It was our first trip to New York, not a nice way to start out.
