What To Expect

The Breakers

Tour includes Admission to ONE of the following Newport Mansions: The Breakers, The Marble House, or Rosecliff. The Breakers is the grandest of Newport's summer "cottages" and a symbol of the Vanderbilt family's social and financial preeminence in turn of the century America. *As of January 3, 2022 all Preservation Society of Newport Mansions are requiring proof of vaccines for all children aged 5 and up. As of January 15, 2022 all adults must also show proof of their Booster Vaccines. This policy is No Exceptions!

Our guide, Ray, personalized the tour with his local knowledge. Allowing each to get a better understanding of the founding and development of the community. Lots of places to explore over time. Will definitely be back.

although we have been to Newport several times previously, we took the tour so we wouldn't be just wondering and wasting time. We were extremely pleased with the tour. The guide, Dominic was very knowledgeable about Newport and share numerous tip and insights that we would have never had if we didn't take the tour. Defiantly a highlight of our visit!
