My husband and I bought the trolley tour with Breakers admission. Anne our driver/guide has an astounding memory! Her history of Newport covered colonial through contemporary times with overviews and details. Mansions, modest homes, businesses, beaches, people, faiths, sports - she covered them all in an informative and entertaining 1 1/2 hours. The route gave us a perfect big picture of Newport with ample time at The Breakers. Highly recommend!

The tour company canceled the morning of the tour (due to weather). I was told I would receive a refunds within a few days and it has been nearly a month without said refund. I reached out to the company without a response on multiple platforms. I finally received a refund from Viator.

We are not certain where the hold up was as our system showed that client was canceled and refunded on 2/16. If it was an API error and Victor didn’t do as asked then we apologize. This is also the first we saw of the lack of refund. Sorry for the miscommunication but we thought that you had been refunded.

My friends and I visited Newport for a girls weekend and were very pleasantly surprised with how fun this tour was. Domenic was very knowledgeable about the history of Newport, the mansions, local celebrities and the charm of the town. We learned a lot about all of the "firsts" that occurred in Newport and had a lot of fun along the way. The tour of the Breakers was amazing and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
