A great tour. Our driver was a Newport native and gave many personal experiences that helped make the driving portions of the tour more meaningful.

We loved seeing both Vanderbilt cottages. Well worth the tour.

The trolley tour was a great way to see Ocean Drive and hear some great stories of the past. Our tour guide was fabulous, very friendly. Great price for the tour and admission for 2 of the mansions of your choice.

Larry, the tour guide was very informative and accommodating. Not only did he know the history of Newport, but offered several intricate and personalized stories on various places and about various individuals who lived in Newport. In addition to the historical perspective on the town and those who occupied it, he also related it to current events and present life in Newport. The tour took participants through every part of Newport. I did the tour that stopped at the Breakers mansion. The time that Viking provided to tour the mansion was plenty. The bus was right back at the location earlier than the time it specified. Following the mansion tour, Larry picked up where he left off and continued explaining the rest of Newport all the way back to the visitor center. I highly recommend this tour to those who have never been to Newport in the past. The tour will give a very detailed and visual perspective on this extraordinary town in Rhode Island.
