Enjoy delightful food from five restaurants while strolling the historic streets of Newport, Rhode Island! Our tour begins in front of the Wave sculpture on the corner of America's Cup Ave. and Memorial Blvd.. We will talk about Newport's infamous pirates, Revolutionary War armies, the Gilded Age of mansions and industrialists, the Irish American heritage up to and including the condominium boom. Our tour will last 2.5 hours and will cover approximately 1.75 miles. Bring your appetites, you will not be disappointed!

Our meeting place which is located in front of the Wave Sculpture, at the corner of America's Cup Blvd and Memorial Blvd.in the heart of Newport. Following your check in, we give a brief history of the 41 North and the Armory, then continue on to our "Off the Beaten Path" tour. If you have been to Newport many times or if this is your first time, you will experience many new facts and wonderful restaurants along the way.

We truly enjoyed our foodie tour of Newport, RI. Sue and Tom were excellent tour guides and added much pleasure to our strolling through history on a great day and will be remembered. We enjoyed all our food stops. The french fries with cream were fun and the sliders were excellent. We highly recommend this tour. Dick and Sandy

Where do I begin. I am a chef from Boston and a few colleagues of mine heard of this amazing food tour in Newport and had to give it a try. Well let me tell you, this is by far the best food tour I have ever been on. The food is the best, and you get a lot at each restaurant. Winner Winner has the most mouth watering chicken I have ever had. The sliders, pizza and dessert were awesome too. We ended the tour sitting outside with a cocktail and truly enjoyed every restaurant. Sue and Tom are what made the tour. They were so knowledgeable about Newport and made you feel like family. I learned so much more about the beautiful city and have them to thank. Well done. You two have an amazing tour. We will be back!!

WOW! What a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide. Took me to the "off the beaten path" of Newport restaurants I never would have known existed. SOOOO happy they did this for me. All in all I found the food to be excellent and the french fries with cream, as a desert, was something I never would have experienced and found it to be delightful. I have been on other tours in Newport and this is the best ever.
