This place is a disorganized mess. There were only two clerks working and it was taking a very long time to issue tickets. At showtime half the audience was still standing in line at the box office. One girl at the box office decided to bypass the computer and simply issue handwritten tickets with no seat assignment. The ushers refused to accept these and would not seat us. There were overlapping shows at this venue and customers did not know where to go. There were no directional signs and ushers were giving conflicting instructions.

We're very sorry for the experience you had at the theater. We're working to improve the guest process at the box office but did have some technical difficulties that day which led to a slow down at the counter and some confusion as we worked to get guests into the shows. We hope you still enjoyed the show!
