The company canceled our transportation from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls, ON 2 hours before we arrived at the airport. This is not a good feeling when traveling to a destination for the first time.

Driver was super nice. Took us from Buffalo airport to hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada side, via scenic route instead of regular highway. Shared lots of information about the different locations we drove by and culture. Vehicle was quite spacious for a family of 5 with large suitcases. Excellent experience overall.

Please use this company the service was 110%. Not only did they collect us from the airport on time but they allowed us an open time return from Niagara to our new hotel. All they asked for was 2 hours notice to get the car to us. Could not fault the service in any way.
