Goat Island is the nearest point to the Thundering Horseshoe Falls and is the smallest island in the Niagara River.

Horseshoe Falls

The closest you can get to the Horse shoe Falls from the NY side and is also known as the Canadian side Falls.

Skylon Tower

The Skylon Tower shows breathtaking views of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and also the American side Falls. The Skylon Tower is 775 feet above the Niagara Falls Gorge

This was definitely the one thing I was looking forward to doing while in Buffalo. The views were absolutely wonderful! Visiting Niagara Falls in the fall is definitely a must! The different colors make the view! But do your own research. Rent a car or do what you need to do on your own. The amount of money I paid to see both the Falls on the US side and the Canadian side wasn’t worth it. We weren’t allowed to stop at any shops for souvenirs. The point of purchasing souvenirs is to remember your trips by. We also had to go all day without eating. We weren’t allowed to stop and grab something quick to eat to make sure we didn’t get headaches or anything. We finally got to eat after 2 pm. So drinks and lunch aren’t included like the brochure says they are. Then after the lunch they let you stop in the one and only allowed souvenir shop. This shop is ridiculously overpriced and doesn’t offer the simple things most people grab for souvenirs. Super disappointment. I wish I had done my own research and just figured out how to see both sides of the falls on our own. We would have been better off and probably spent less money!!

Dear Sir, we are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your tour but we never included lunch in any of our tour packages, however the tour does stop for you to have lunch after you see the American side so you have a break before going and doing the Canadian side of the tour. In regards to the souvenir shopping we do stop at a souvenir shop and if requested by the customer to stop at other souvenir shops then tour guide is more then happy to do that for our customers as long as time permits. In conclusion, were very sorry to read this review as you had a great American and Canadian Tour with The Niagara Tour Company and seen absolutely wonderful views but you were unhappy with things that were not apart of our tour package and wish you would have or would contact us before leaving an unfair review as we try to give the best Tours always to our guests. I had the time of my life. Our tour guide, zha zha, was so accommodating. She was so knowledgeable about the whole area. Every single place we visited was easy, and uncomplicated. You get every penny worth of fun with this touring outfit
