The tour with Jessica was professional, fun, timely and well worth it! How nice to not have to know where to go and be shuttled around in a comfortable van. She knew where to go and best times to make our experience so good! It started with her in the morning texting us and from that time forward, we were all “Team Jessica“. She picked us up exactly on time right from our hotel. We started off going to the Maid in the Mist and found out the American side Maid in the Mist is better because the boats they use are now all electric so there’s no diesel smell at all and they have a lot of power. She also gave us the insight that staying on the bottom level is better because you get closer to the falls and if it gets too wet, you can quickly duck underneath. The majority of people going without tours go right to the top because they think that’s the best experience but the bottom actually is even better! We continued with going to the Cave of the Winds and we were lucky because it was the last day the deck portion was open for the season. The tour group still makes adjustments in the winter time, but it is nice to go in the spring to fall. A few hours in we went to a incredible bakery that we would’ve never known about and Jessica was able to make arrangements so we just walk right in to order amazing pastries, cannolis, sandwiches, and then take them on the road. She consistently told us what we were seeing outside our windows while we made our way seeing more sites and making our way to Canada. We had plenty of time with all of the stops. Seeing the majestic Niagara Falls from the Canadian side is amazing. Finishing up the day we went to Skylon Tower, which also gave you a whole new perspective. It is so nice to have a professional person who drove safely and got us where we needed to go because we would’ve not been able to do all those things by coming up with it ourselves in one day. Remember- you do need your passport if you do the Canadian Side!
