We really enjoyed our ‘Over the Falls’ tour with Jessica as our guide. She was so personable from the moment she picked us up until she dropped us off. During the tour we had a couple of glitches causing delays but Jessica just calmly made adjustments so we were not missing anything - in fact she showed us a couple of sites we would not have normally seen. Jessica was great at giving us history and background stories to make each site more interesting. It was a wonderful day - no fighting with traffic and parking, a great tour guide and we had such nice people to share our tour with.

S Hogan was a great guide and the tour was both educational and fun. I wish I had known in advance that guides are not given a living wage and a 20% tip is expected (this was clearly stated in a sign in the tour bus, but not in advance of paying $270 for two people). Pay your people!

We had booked the 10:15 tour but we arrived early and went in and spoke to them man at the desk and asked if we could go on the earlier tour. He placed a call to the office and we were able catch the 9:15 tour. We had the very best tour guide . Cap’t Ron’s Tours. He made the experience the very best. He was so informative . He would tell us so many interesting bits of info. He was very polite, Funny and patient. He explained at the beginning that we were basically on a schedule.when we stopped at places he would tell us to be back in a certain amount of time. Well from the very first stop there were two groups that just didn’t seem to get it. And so we would have to wait for them. And Ron would say at the next stop 20 minutes again they just did what they wanted. He just was the best ! Hands down . When he was exposing different facts to us the same people were talking amongst themselves in a different language and we could hardly hear Ron. Ron kept on telling us about the falls trying to be loud so we could hear . He deserves a high 5
