This is a great tour. We were picked up at our hotel and traveled with 18 of Marty's All-Stars. Our tour guide 'Party' Marty is excellent! Marty is very knowledgeable of the falls and the area, takes great care of his tour group, and is a lot of fun! We got excellent views of the falls on land and while on the Mist Boat. You do get wet, but it is so much fun. We would take this tour again and will be recommending it our friends and family.

Despite the intrinsic interest and beauty of the Niagara Falls, we felt cheated by Viator/Over the the Falls Tours as they did NOT respect at all the special conditions announced by them at the moment of our reservation and payment, conditions that theoretically justified the high price we paid for our tour = US$671 (!!!): 1. Picking up at our hotel } You refused to do it. 2. Maximum number of participants for the boat and general tour: 32 } We were integrated in the general mass of visitors. 3. No waiting times and no queues } We were obliged to line up and to wait a long time in the same way as the rest of the visitors did. Finally, our guide, an old man, became furious and extremely impolite when we complained to him about your non-compliance of the conditions announced!
