We went on the 9am tour with Randy as our tour guide. They promptly picked us up right at our hotel at the exact time they said they would. Each visit was well planned, offered excellent tips and tricks that made our day more enjoyable and smooth. Randy was anticipatory, friendly, entertaining, and professional. He made you feel guided and not chaperoned and he was a wealth of knowledge when we peppered him with questions. I’ve already recommended this tour and our tour guide to my parents who are planning their own trip to Niagara Falls this year. Tips-pack water shoes for the boat ride and swap for that stop. Pack snacks for mid-trip and a bottle of water. You can leave non-valuables on the bus when needed. You get free “return another time” tickets to skylon tower, so plan accordingly. We ended up leaving the next morning so we gave ours away. Bring cash for tipping. Overall-Book this tour, seriously (I am a TripAdvisor/google/yelp researcher and we are super frugal and we both said we would do it again)!

Great tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide (Paul). Would have given it 5 stars if not for the unexpected 90 minutes we had to wait to cross the border to the US. It is not very clear at all that the tour starts in the US given that the name of the tour is Canadian side.

We apologize for any inconvenience with the border crossing, you may not have seen the note on our website regarding the Canadian Side Tour and Maid of the Mist Boat Ride which states "The Maid of the Mist portion of this tour departs from the US side of Niagara Falls. All customers booking this tour must have appropriate documentation to enter the United States and Canada." unfortunately the sometimes long delays at the border are beyond our control. We are happy to hear you still had a great tour with Paul do hope you were able to get some great views of Niagara Falls. 😎
