Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Jessica went over and beyond !! Excellent job would highly recommend this tour . We were called the day before and told we had a free upgrade on the tour to see the cave of the winds and it was a highlight ! Only suggestion I would say is to suggest to bring water shoes or a change of shoes .

Paul was our tour guide for the Canadian side Niagara Falls Tour. This was our first day in Canada and it was a great family/group activity. We were able to see and tour many popular attractions/sights for a great price, and Paul helped us maximize our day as much as possible. Paul was extremely welcoming, informational and accommodating, he made the trip even more enjoyable for us! 10/10 recommend for anyone

This was our 1st time in Niagara Falls and we only had the long weekend. We weren't sure where to start, but this tour hit the nail on the head!! Paul picked us up from our hotel at 8 AM and we were thrilled with our day!! He made some changes to our itinerary to avoid the crowds, took care of the tickets for Maid of the Mist and Skylon. It was a great day, fabulous tour and well worth the money to not wait in line and experience a lot on day 1!! Would definitely recommend...Paul knows his stuff!!
