This was our first visit to Niagara Falls. I thank God that we had Dayna as our tour guide. Her energy was so refreshing. We just learned so much from her. Dayna should be the example of how a tour guide should conduct a tour. So relaxed, professional & joyful. Nothing rattled her. Dayna kept her calm & made it work at every step.
