Complete professional and one of the nicest tour people you every met. The bus was clean and excellent and the tour itself was fun and full of interesting facts. The tour director took 100% care of our needs and made the tour delightfulf.

What a great day. Began by getting picked up from our hotel, Paul was cheery and super helpful. The first stop was Hornblower around the falls which was brilliant. The rest of the 5 hour tour was interesting and Paul’s stories kept us engaged and entertained.

We had only a day in the area and decided to go with this tour in the hopes of seeing all we could in a short amount of time, and it did not disappoint. Our tour guide, Jay (with his ukelele) was entertaining and provided great information. Would absolutely recommend. Only suggestion: Our bus was stifling hot. Please use air conditioning.
