Our tour guide Neva Diva was awesome. Made sure we seen every place at the right time. She gave us all the incites, history and made our trip fun with some jokes and funny stories. The tour is covering pretty much all what you can see on the Canadian side and includes the cruise on the American side as well. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

nick was a great tour guide and did above and beyond his duties - as i was late -he managed to come back and get me -the tour was great and informative - no rushing - then when i got back -i found out i lost my car rental keys when we got back to the car - he waited 1 hour till they told me when a tow truck was coming - as i said it was above and beyond his duties - way to go nick - thank you

This tour is VERY misleading. Let me begin by saying once you are picked up you are taken to the American side for your tour. What this entails is sitting in your van for 2 hours waiting to go through customs. You cannot get off the bus, period. (well except the driver!) We had 2 women who had to use the restroom badly and were told NO. Then once we got to customs and to the bathroom our driver stuck his head into the WOMENS restroom and told all of us we had to go NOW! There was an older lady on our van and she was the last to get back on the bus and our driver pulled out without her even being in her seat. The tour guide was one of the worst I have ever had. We ended up going on the boat ride, but we walked back into Canada and did the rest of our tour on our own.
