Was so excited first time in Niagara Falls.decided to book this tour… felt like I was being rushed the entire tour .tour guide kept mentioning to not go get coffee/ drinks at every stop. Tour guide skipped places that I wanted to see.clearly shows that we was going to hike up the trail to see the falls.that we never did. All in all… I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Best for me was the closeness of the falls on the boat and you will get wet but use the ponchos they give you. Dayna was our tour guide on her "Eh" Team She was the one that took care of us and guided us all around with excellent information and more fantastic things to do. and the fact that she has done all those excursions herself was a real plus. Viator is a good company and this particular tour guide deserves a Big Shout out WHOOO HOOO Dayna !

Very well organised tour with our guide Roland who was Knowledgeable and was full of stories and anecdotes to tell. It’s a half a day tour so prepare yourself for that. You will be driven in a small group pretty much everywhere so if you’re not a fan of walking fear not, you’ll be fine. Apart from boat ride which was marvellous your ticket includes Skylon tower entry. Great experience!
