Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

We did the Canadian tour this time and it was outstanding. You can buy your ticket at the kiosk or the ticket office desk. Their operation is super well organized. You get the ticket, follow the well lit ramps down to the boat. We got a great spot on the boat. You can choose upstairs or downstairs covered. We did upstairs and got absolutely soaked despite their ponchos. Some tourists had plastic bags to tie on their feet-I would recommend this if you’re not going to change shoes somewhere after. The boat goes by both falls and is a nice length ride. Organized exists and up the ramps back to the start point. They have a tourist restaurant on the ramp going back up. The tour is a must if you’re going by this area.
