When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

Your day will begin with an early morning departure from Times Square in Manhattan from our meeting point: Lids store located at Two Times Square, 714 Seventh Av. between 47th and 48th streets

Niagara Falls

You’ll travel by comfortable motor coach, with your bilingual tour guide, enjoying the scenic landscape of upstate New York (travel time is approximately 7-8 hours, each way, with one rest stop) on your journey north. Upon arrival at your destination, you will begin experiencing the adventure, beauty, and natural wonder of the niagara falls

Rating is based on the tour guide not the experience of seeing Niagara Falls which was truly amazing. The driver arrived at the appointed time and whilst we appreciate that 4am pickup is early and some are not morning people, which by his demeanour he is not. It is his role to put people at ease and to be informative. As a driver he was good. The guide failed to introduce himself by name. The first stint is a 4hr drive he did not tell anyone that there was a toilet on the bus. We did not find out until we had made the first stop and speaking to the driver of the other bus who had told the occupants of his bus the itinerary for the day as well as about the facilities should comfort breaks be required. When we arrived at Niagara he took us to the Maid of the Mist waited for us to return and then told us to meet in car park 2. Given that this was not where we were dropped off it was a concern as he had stated that anyone not there within the designated time would be left. Perhaps it would be an idea to provide a map of the area with the details of eating and drinking facilities for ease of those attending the tour. Due to our experience on this tour and having used other tour companies on this trip that were more professional. Also throughout the day we came across other tours where the guides were interacting with the customers. We would not recommend anyone to use your company base on our experience

Road trip was long but worth it , being on the maid of the mist boat was the best part , it is a long day out but a good one !!
