Every evening beginning at dusk, Niagara Falls is illuminated in an array of colors, making it one of the most majestic places on earth. See this bucket list experience from Luna Island, located between Goat Island and Niagara Falls State Park, Terrapin Point at the tip of Goat Island next to the Canadian Falls, and Prospect Point Observation Tower, all with a local tour guide to provide context on the history and fun facts about the new 8th Wonder of the World. Choose a 60-minute tour that includes the American and Bridal Falls, or a 90-minute tour that includes Horseshoe Falls as well. The Maid of the Mist boat ride is not available after the 8:30 pm walking tour. The boat operates during daytime hours only. Guests who wish to enjoy the boat ride should plan for the next day, or earlier in the day before the night tour.

We could have walked this tour on our own for free. Our guide was nice but very hard to hear. He was very personable but maybe focus on positives and not quite so much on crime in Niagara Falls and city dying and stories like that. Lots and lots of walking to get to see all views. Sadly the park is not keeping up with lighting in the park so many dark and even almost complete darkness in some areas. I would recommend bringing a flashlight for safety.

This tour was a great end to our vacation. Bruce was a great guide. He knew where to get us to for the best pictures. He was great at helping us through the walk. ie stopping to give us a little breather and going around stairs wherever we could and still getting the best views. I really appreciated that.
