We will pass by and get to see the Cave of the Winds. Tour guide will give you a chance to purchase the dated and timed tickets if you wish to join after the tour

Nothings wrong on the tour except that i feel sick on the day. I have to cancell ny itinerary and take a rest.

I bought a 4 hour tour/sightseeing package for Niagara Falls, "Maid of the Mist." I never been to Niagara Falls and didn't know the schedule for Maid of the Mist tour. The day of the tour, the tour guide said my tour has been upgraded to a full 4 hour walking tour and instead of the Maid of the Mist, I'll be going to the Cave of the Winds. I immediately called the company, they apologized for this mistake, and they acknowledged the mistake but refuses to give me refund. I had my bank stop the payment.

You had a private tour guude there and you did not want to go on the tour nor go to Hardrock cafe. If you at least started the tour you may have had the best time. As explained the guude was there and you can’t change your mind this is their full time jobs and the guude did not do any other work since they were committed to do a tour for you.

Not only do you not get lunch or dinner at Hard Rock cafe, this tour says nothing about it being an hour and a half walking tour. When we got to the Maid of the Mist boat ride it took 40 minutes and a lot of phone calling from our tour guide to get our tickets. We paid $250 dollars for both of us which, the Maid of the Mist was only $25 and the walking part was free. Again, no lunch or dinner included. It was not what was advertised. Don't sign up for this!!
