Please note that in the late fall and winter when the Maid of the Mist is not operating we will substitute this activity with the observation deck and when possible with the Cave of the Winds. You will meet your tour guide in the entrance of Hard Rock cafe and the fun will begin.

The falls were amazing. The only thing that was negative is that. We were not aware of alot of walking. It was not listed on the description that there was going to be 90 minutes of walking. The boat experience was amazing and dinner at the hard Rock Cafe.

Nothings wrong on the tour except that i feel sick on the day. I have to cancell ny itinerary and take a rest.

I bought a 4 hour tour/sightseeing package for Niagara Falls, "Maid of the Mist." I never been to Niagara Falls and didn't know the schedule for Maid of the Mist tour. The day of the tour, the tour guide said my tour has been upgraded to a full 4 hour walking tour and instead of the Maid of the Mist, I'll be going to the Cave of the Winds. I immediately called the company, they apologized for this mistake, and they acknowledged the mistake but refuses to give me refund. I had my bank stop the payment.

You had a private tour guude there and you did not want to go on the tour nor go to Hardrock cafe. If you at least started the tour you may have had the best time. As explained the guude was there and you can’t change your mind this is their full time jobs and the guude did not do any other work since they were committed to do a tour for you.
