For a truly memorable visit to Niagara, take a thrilling journey down the Niagara River on an open-air jet boat. There's no better - or wetter - way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing white water of the Niagara River. You will experience what we like to call our white water playground where the Class V Devil's Hole Rapids will get you completely soaked. After that thrilling experience you will travel up the river to the farthest point in the trip where you will see the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a stretch of Class VI rapids that are unnavigable (and illegal) to pass through. This tour departs from the American side, and you return to the same location.

Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall) - your average 6 year old.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.
*Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

It was a blast on the boat.... Everyone gets soaked... would definitely go again if ever back up there... very easy check in and the staff was very friendly....

family of 4, 3 went one child was sick in the morning. No refund for the child ! she said, you can come back another time. Like we are coming every year from Europe ! then the boat was heavily packed, we did not make a 360, he tried once but it did not work. And we were back in 35 minutes. So the ride cost us about 95 a person. Not worth the trip ! so do not book in advance !

We're sorry to hear that you feel your experience with us was negative. When booking we do make ensure to state that there is a no refund policy but in the even that you do have to cancel the tour we offer a raincheck voucher that never expires and is completely transferrable at a 10% fee.

Doing the jet boat is a most if you are coming to visit The Niagra Falls! My family and I had a blast, definitely getting soaked. I also loved that they offer a video and photo package for a decent price. We would definitely do this again if we were to visit Niagra Falls.
