Directions will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

This was our second time with the jet boat tour. It’s was very exciting and the views were wonderful. Prepare to get soaked! I was glad this wasn’t our first tour— the speaker system wasn’t functioning well and we could barely hear the guide so his description of land marks and and history were lost. More importantly most people didn't hear the rapids protocol to hold the bars appropriately. Some people were raising their hands in the air. The camera system wasn’t working and twice our aisle has to stand to allow the guide to reach the cameras. I would have been disappointed if this was my first tour. Less important- the key pad to the lockers had missing numbers and were malfunctioning. There is some work that needs to be done for both comfort and safety.

My family of 4 had an absolute blast! My 13 and 16 year old kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun it was! Nicole and Captain Paul were great! Definitely recommend!

The experience was good but I thought I’m paying for skipping lines and that was not the case. It would be so much cheaper to just do the activities on our own.
