Directions will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
Guides required to regularly wash hands
Please have your waivers signed in advance to minimize contact, and please come ready in the clothes you plan to wear on the trip as you will not have access to change rooms prior to the tour.

If you are into outdoor adventure this is a must when visiting Niagara Falls. It's not a typical tourist thing to do but if you are into "other" things while visiting, do this. We had a great time, very informative guides, very friendly people. Follow their advise and take extra clothes, it doesn't say on their website but there are lockers you can place them in. And believe me you will get wet, soaking wet. A dry fit shirt and shoes you can change later is a suggestion and a towel. One of the best things we did while there.

The Maid of the Mist and Whirlpool jet boats were a blast!! Definitely recommend both attractions! The Panic Room was great fun, also!
