Directions will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
Guides required to regularly wash hands
Please have your waivers signed in advance to minimize contact, and please come ready in the clothes you plan to wear on the trip as you will not have access to change rooms prior to the tour.

This was fun for the whole family. They aren’t kidding when they say you will get wet! I would encourage you to take the blue raincoat offered to put on under the life jacket while on the ride. After you are soaking wet, the wind on the way back makes it very chilly. This ride is a must do!

Prepare for a wild and fun and WET ride! I recommend wearing your bathing suit and water shoes. If it isn't a hot day I would also recommend wearing the poncho they offer you. The wind can get cold after you are wet. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes. OK enough advice....it is SO much fun!! I went with a family reunion. The 1st grader was the only one that was a little worried/scared. The 4th grader, the teens, and the parents were laughing and smiling the whole time. You get buckets of water splashing over you - it is a fun and wild ride- yet I felt safe with the powerful engines and capable captain to know we would get out of the crazy rapids. It also seemed like we get a longer ride and more time in the rapids than the people that were on the Canadian jet boats. Highly recommend!!
