Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

Guides required to regularly wash hands

This was our first time visiting Niagra and this was our first Excursion and it was so much fun. Sam the hostess was so funny and made the whole trip. I would highly recommend it for all to experience.

The jet boat experience was fabulous! Love the thrill. Great employees ella was awesome! The changing facilities and lockers where terrible. Lockers still don't work, i had to use mens lockers because womens lockers where all used (or broken) like last year. Changing (ladies) room had cheep plastic curtains that where torn. The floor was filthy. Looked like zero care or investment was put into facilities since my last trip 1 yr ago. Also porta potty was filthy disgusting...
