Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

This was a fun ride up through the class 5 rapids of the Nagara river gorge. Luke gave us the safety briefing and got us all set up with Cpt Adam taking us up the river, doing 360 turns and riding us up the rapids of Devil's hole and the Whirlpool. As advised the most enjoyable experience was at the front of the boat taking the brunt of the waves and getting thoroughly soaked multiple times.

Experience was great for the price, Mike our tour guide was amazing. The digital packet though , wasn't worth it. We were told the footage would be edited and we'd receive our group highlights. But we were left disappointed to receive a file with everyone's footage rather than edited for our specific group. And we also received photos from every group on our tour rather than just ours. The photos we did receive were milliseconds apart in a 40 minute trip. Which isn't worth for the price of the photo package deal.

Our tour guide Mike was awesome!! He had us laughing the whole time we weren’t chugging water. Captain Mike did a great job handling the boat, even my anxious son felt safe and had a great time.
