Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Minimum age is 6 years and must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall)
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

From the surface this sounds like a great ride but it really is hard to explain what you will encounter. It is truly a very fun ride and the scenery is great also. The guides say that the 1st seat is the best place but we were in the last seat and I really think any row of seats is equal for the experience. One thing for sure....you will get soaked no matter where you sit so don't wear shoes that you plan to use afterwards as they will squish. One piece of advice is to get there early and get a locker set up for things you want to keep dry as the mechanism was not working too well for us.
