MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket

Ula & Cole were fantastic Captain & First mate. They outfitted us, took us out, explained everything, gave us history and guidance and made the whole experience amazing!!! The Manta Ray came right up to us and blessed us :) They could see we were getting an excellent show and let us stay a bit longer. A once in a lifetime experience to brag about but hope I get the chance to do it again! Thank you!!

The experience was both exhilarating and a little scary. We saw so many manta rays that were somersaulting and gliding inches below us that I had a tiny scrape on my elbow where a ray scraped. It was an incredible experience! That was not the scary part. If you are not a strong swimmer, make sure you are always with someone who is. The swim to and from the viewing area is not far but it is dark and the ocean waves can be intimidating without a life vest on. The swim back to the boat in the dark is a little concerning since I could not see where the ladder was and I was already exhausted from floating and hanging on to the rails for over half and hour. I think it would be helpful if they can provide a string of reflective floats that can help guide you to the area and back to the boat ladder. I am surprised that life vest are not provided. Make sure you have towels to wrap yourself on the way back, since you'll be wet and cold. Overall, I think it was still an incredible and amazing experience to see so many manta rays up close in their environment. The company just needs to improve safety measures.

This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I can't to the big island just motivated by doing this and it didn't disappoint. I have the most random question you've received but the music on the boat was great. What song had the lyrics "and I light it up". I can't for the life find it online. Please help if you can! Thanks again x
