MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Amazing trip. Crew was great and really helpful. You definitely need to be able to swim and recommend to swim moderately well. I am a basic swimmer and the current was very hard for me to swim. Also water was freezing! Make sure you bring change of clothes and something warm. Make sure you either have a rental car or book taxi in advance as after trip was done, there were no taxis in the harbor.

The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. Simon and his crew provide the most enjoyable tour experience that I've ever had, they love what they do and it shows in the tour. The manta rays themselves are also amazing. The rays continuously swim inches away from you throughout the session. I've been to Big Island three times with three different sets of friends. Every time I've been on the island, I've taken my friends on this tour and they've all had a great time. I highly highly encourage people to see the manta rays while on Big Island and to book with this tour company, as they make the experience one of a kind.
