We had an amazing time! They provided us with wetsuit style tops and snorkel gear. The gear they provided was nice and was kept in good condition. The captain was cool and the ākidsā working the boat were awesome and super friendly. We saw about 10-12 rays which was an amazing show. They emphasized that we were lucky to have seen so many, they were HUGE and fed off plankton right in front/underneath you. They literally swam right in front of your face sometimes almost grazing you. It was surreal. The guides were informative and had some corny ray jokes (which I truly enjoyed lol). They made you feel safe while in the water and provided noodles for your feet to keep your whole body floating on top of the water. You hold on to the pvc pipe bar that surrounds the lights and just watch. If you got a camera, take it. Just be ready to hold on with one arm. Nice little workout, current wasnāt too strong. I felt like we were out there for about 40-45 minutes. You are free to go back to the boat if you get tired. Snacks, water and a hot shower once you get back on board. Iāll def do this again when I come back to visit!
