MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Very disappointing. Our boat was one of the last to the Manta Ray area, so we were on the outside ring of multiple boats. Additionally, the “light board” the crew deployed to attract plankton (and thereby mantas) emitted only dim light (they said the car battery that supplied the power was drained), so we got to watch all the other boats with very, VERY bright lights ooh and aah as they had multiple mantas coming within feet of where they were staged. We saw a few mantas, at a distance. We had heard that the night dive with the mantas was an experience not to be missed, and it looked like it actually was - for people on other boats. 😢

Happily we saw several mantas, however it’s a large group of 24 and half the group couldn’t follow instructions and left feet dangling down for half the time we were in the water. The crew worked hard to correct this. I’d recommend a smaller tour if you can find it. Our dive was cancelled earlier in the week so pleased we got to complete one and had the experience. The equipment needs to be better maintained and I felt a bit squashed in the water, however it’s all about the fish and at least we saw some.

This was the most memorable and favorite experience on my trip to Hawaii. The crew and captain were awesome! They really took care of everything. Floating with the manta rays was an exhilarating experience! I would recommend this to anyone!
