Absolutely amazing experience! Crew was great, very friendly. They provided short sleeve wetsuit shirts ( I would have preferred a full body suit because the water was cold). They were great with my 8 year old, helped her get to the platform and then brought her back to the boat when she decided she had enough. They provide snacks and juice. Bring a long sleeve shirt and a fleece, and you can put the warm, dry clothes on and shimmy out of your bathing suit top. There's really no way to get out of your bottoms, so just bring a towel to wrap around your legs for warmth. The one thing I would say is that if you get motion sickness at all, you might look for a company that has a short boat ride (this one was 25 minutes) because sea sickness on this tour is no joke. There's a reason why they spend so much time at the beginning talking about where to go if you need to throw up. We went on two other boat tours before this and I was fine, but this one got to me. You're tossed around in the water for about 40 minutes and then the ride back is pretty choppy. I'm not sure if the time of the tour matters with respect to how many mantas you can see, but we had the 7 pm tour (probably got in the water closer to 8) and saw tons.
