MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Wet suits are only tops. Volt issues before boat left which caused no hot showers that captain kept saying was key after swimming. Captain was getting frustrated with crew members which made trip feel like they didn't know what they were doing which it showed. 40 plus people with only 3 crew is not safe at all. half of people on boat didn't know how to swim or even know how to put a mask on. floats ended up hitting back of boat with people hanging on to them. thank God we saw manta rays or I would have came un glued with the lack of safety. regulations needs to be set for amount of people to crew members.

Great experience. The captain and deckhand were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of the guests. They made sure to give extra attention to anyone that may have felt a little out of their element on or in the water. The boat they use is a very nice 34ft catamaran-style powerboat. The ride is very stable and quiet with comfortable seating for everyone out to the dive site. The equipment provided (masks, snorkels, and wetsuit tops) were all of very good quality which certainly contributed to a good experience as we didn't have to worry about cheap, leaky, foggy masks, or becoming too chilled in the water. We saw loads of manta rays just like we had hoped. Overall, the experience exceeded all expectations. Would give the whole thing a 10/10.

Excellent experience. The boat ride from the dock to the location where the manta rays were located was amazing. Just being out on the open ocean and watching the stars and coastline was spectacular. The crew was great with everyone making sure that experienced swimmers had little help while they concentrated on those that really needed it. We saw probably 15 or so different shapes and sizes of manta rays while we were in the water. The waves were a little rough but holding onto the light bar with a noodle to rest your feet on made it relaxing. Was so glad that we were able to do this experience while in Hawaii. Highly recommend this tour company for this activity. The crew and captain are fun and helpful and the boat is great.
