MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket

The staff was Amazing and very knowledgeable. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were several inexperienced non swimmers in the group. They didn't listen to directions and made it unsafe for others. This should be advertised as only for those who have snorkled at least once in open water. We did see a few Manta ray but had those inexperienced people followed directions I'm sure those Mantas would have come closer And we might have seen more.

This was a once in a lifetime experience! The Manta even touched my son he loved it! Our guide worked so hard pulling us all around to get the best experience and we had an unusually high number of rays...7 !! We are all good swimmers, and 2 of us had shorty wet suits so they kept us warm(December). I recommend for winter months to take them up on wetsuit tops they provide as you are not actively moving in water so you can get a little chilly after a bit.
