MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

This is the most fascinating and fantastic experience I’ve ever had in my life. The crew was so friendly, made us feel safe and gave us a lot of fun facts about the mantarays. It’s important to note that as an observer from the boat you can’t really see much. The observer ticket is worth as a companion. Recommend and want to do it again!

We had an amazing time! Hang loose boat tours were professional, friendly and made what could have been a daunting experience diving in an open ocean in the middle of a night feel incredibly safe. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much from the Australian family 🤙🏾
