MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Recommended to bring towel, clothes for change, sweatshirt or light jacket
Age restriction: minimum age allowed is 2 years old; maximum age allowed is 70 years old (unless approved by the supplier)

This is the 2nd time I have done this tour. My sister was with me this time. This is the most amazing experience. You get a little cold but it is very much worth it. The crew is very friendly and helpful. The manta ray experience is one that should be on your bucket list.

No words can explain this amazing experience. 10/10. The team is super helpful and help you feel comfortable and are with you in the water to help whenever needed. Easy and smooth process. I couldn’t recommend this excursion more. This was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life!!!!!

The guides make you feel so safe, out on the water with you in case you need anything. We saw at least 9 huge Manta Rays. It was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend Hang Loose!!!
