MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Lived up to all the hype! This trip is only a 20 min boat ride to a ray feeding location. Jake and crew got everyone well prepared and safely in and out of the water. We were lucky in that it was a relatively quiet Sun evening with only one other boat nearby so there were over a dozen hungry rays visiting us. They are large, majestic animals that are fascinating to see up close (a couple brushed against my elbows). It is a little chilly at first, but either I warmed up in the wet suit jacket or I forgot about the temperature watching the rays for over 30 min. I nice touch is the hot shower they have running on the boat when you reboard. It was a warm, calm night making the return trip a nice boat ride. Definitely a worthwhile experience!

Absolutely unforgettable! Highlight not to be missed. We were within inches of the manta rays and what feeling to be so close to such amazing beauty in the ocean.

This was flipping amazing! The crew were fantastic and the whole experience was very professionally run with a whole heap of fun thrown in. The cherry on top of a super fun outing was that while there is generally an expectation that 3 Mantas will show up, we won the Manta Ray lottery when 8 came up to play. Honestly one of the most exciting and amazing experiences. I would recommend Hang Loose and the team if you want to see these majestic animals up close. If we had more time available in our itinerary, I would definately be working on convincing hubby that we should do it again, but sadly our HI dance card is full. If you are thinking of booking, JUST DO IT. You will not be disappointed, I promise. Recap - entertaining and very professional team with excellent knowledge of Mantas, fully explained do’s and don’ts, the team are in the water with you the whole time making sure everyone is ok, excellent safety protocols, a hot shower when you get out of the water and some included snacks. All in all a definate 10/10. LOVED IT.
