MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We enjoyed the whole experience from our tour guides to the snorkeling we loved every bit of it. Bryce was our guide and he made the experience fun and exiting. The manta rays were beautiful and elegant. The experience was perfect, we loved it and would definitely go back!

I learned how to swim not too long before my honeymoon to Hawaii, and I was worried because prior to this tour, I'd never swum in the ocean let alone at night. However, the crew was extremely helpful and attentive to those who weren't comfortable swimmers (like myself). I never felt unsafe in the hands of the crew. The trip out to the site was magnificent, especially under the stars of the Big Island. In the water, we saw a number of manta rays who came so close to us in the water. They swam just under our bellies, and I'd never been so in awe of these majestic, gentle creatures. I gained a newfound respect of manta rays (and the ocean) after this tour, and I thank the Hang Loose crew for making this such a memorable experience!
