MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

This was not the best Manta Ray dive. Did we see Mantas? If you mean did we see Manta playing with people from other tours rather than with us, then yes we did. When I asked about the light board issues I was dismissed with a, “well these boards are more of a one and done and they were working for the last tour so…”. To make it worse the crew played it off like all was good. No one else on the dive had seen a Manta so they were all good. I will not only “not recommend Hang Loose tours” but I will tell my friends and family working as concierge professionals on the islands to steer people clear of Hang Loose.

Fabulous time, the crew was wonderful, we saw around 6 huge manta rays, the crew made sure everyone is safe and sound, snorkel gear was provided as well as beverages and snacks, also nice warm shower on the boat after snorkeling. It was just amazing, no issues here with cold or rough waters.

Worth every cent to see the manta rays up close! My wife and I had a wonderful time and the guides were extremely helpful and attentive.
