The only thing that saved your butt, was BRAD. You can not advertise this as you do. It is NOT a double decker. STOP advertising as you do, opt for the truth. Brad was super great with personality and knowledge. Everyone it was beautiful. Because of Brad... the trolley was worth it.

We booked a Double Decker Nightine Tour of Nashville. This was not a double decker bus tour. It was a regular trolley tour. Tour guide did a good job but extremely disappointed to have booked and paid for a specific tour and not to get that tour. When I called no one seemed to care. Disappointing!
