Nice, leisurely viewing of the lights. Not rushed and informative historical talk. A little chincy on the hot chocolate but hard to complain when it's free! I know some were surprised the $5 shot option was not able to be tasted.

Fun, knowledgeable and engaging crew! McKenzie was funny and knew her stuff. K2 and AJ were great too.

Be aware & allow extra time - really, really hard to find in the dark and the place has no arrow or anything pointing the way, no lights in the lot or on their sign once you get there. There is no bathroom in the store and the woman I spoke with was not at all clear so I ended up in a public boat dock bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in probably 20 years. Turns out there is a set of men and women (still public) bathrooms closer to the boat - didn’t go in but they had to be better. The gal who was the tour guide (Kelly? I think) told me the other woman wasn’t clear because she was sick(!). What was she doing out in public?! Once underway, the tour was great. Our tour guide was everything you’d want and then some. It’s lovely to see the lights from the water, the captain was a great driver in the dark waters and they give you these magic glasses to view the lights you have to experience. You get more than one pass across the lights, too. There’s a sign on the boat that the crew works for tips. Once back at the dock they reminded us tips are appreciated and said our tickets support a non-profit. Nice, but please pay your folks. They worked hard and I had limited cash on hand.
