Northern Lights Seasons: from August 25 to April 25.
(It will be at 10:30pm or 11:00pm. But we start a little late at 11:30pm from March 20 to April 25.)

We can’t promise to let you see the Northern Lights, which is Mother Nature that we cannot control. It is a natural phenomenon.

The weather or Aurora activity may change during the tour.

Even though everything is good or not good (Weather and Aurora Activity) when it starts, the weather or Northern Lights' activity always changes, and other conditions may change. It will be the natural things involved, which causes a lack of lights or low visibility.

We pick you up at Hotels listed.
(You may get an email about Pick up time and Location.)

With Photo Service we will upload your photos into OneDrive or Dropbox linked. It takes 2 days to send a URL linked.

The tour was a once in a lifetime experience! We were fully prepared not to see much but saw an amazing show of the Northern lights. Our tour guide David was knowledgeable, friendly and took beautiful pictures. Highly recommend this experience!

What a great experience and our tour guide, David, was so kind, knowledgeable and amazing!!! I had a quick overnight trip to Alaska for business, and wanted to take advantage of experiencing the Northern Lights. My adult daughter joined me for the trip (we brought our snow pants, gloves, jackets and were very cozy). David picked us up from our hotel, along with another couple. David taught us how to spot upcoming lights. David took a ton of amazing photos of us all with his great camera equipment. The photos were later shared with us via a link. What a fun filled social night under the northern lights! Thank you David and Alaska Journey Tours!

We and our two adult children are delighted that we had a productive night seeing the Northern Lights. Our tour guide David took us to three areas to view the lights. We were happy to leave the picture taking to a pro. David takes great pictures. He is an excellent photographer!
