Excellent experience! The guides are doing their best in chasing aurora, kinda like weather casters. Not only that, they will present you the best shot in your life in every spots like mine😛(i’ve been there in end of 2017, and this photo takes up my profile since then) Aurora may not be seen according to your luck, but you will never regret your trip to Alaska with a pleasant and amiable guide.

Being an educator, I always make my goals S.M.A.R.T. 5 years ago I made my bucket list, the Aurora Borialis is the 5th. I am so grateful to my guide David for giving me this wonderful experience. We literally “chased” the Northern Lights. David even came back after dropping me off at my hotel because he wanted me to see more Auroras. That is passionate service that is so commendable. Thank you Alaska Journey Tours and David. Kudos and more power to you!

I would highly recommend using these guys for your northern lights tour but also all of your Fairbanks activities. They even have 100% husky dogs for dog sledding. We were very unlucky when we were in Fairbanks as the weather didn’t go in our favor. Either too much snow or clouds made it impossible to see the aurora. David, our driver was so friendly and kind. He was in constant communication with us about locations and better times to see the lights. When he picked us up he was very informative and gave us a great tour with history of Fairbanks. Even though we did not see the lights he took us around the places where you could see them And took what would have been great photos. We were able to get great photos of tourists spots in Fairbanks!!! Thanks David - you are so kind.
