Join us on our tour to one of the most famous Northern Lights viewing spots, located north-northwest of Fairbanks -- Murphy Dome.

PLEASE NOTE that visibility of the northern lights (aurora) is not guaranteed. It is a natural phenomenon we have no control over and no refunds will be given if the aurora cannot be seen.

There are no restroom facilities available
The road to Murphy Dome is steep and if it is not plowed or is too icy and dangerous we will take customers to an alternative location that provides the same opportunity to see the aurora.

Our tour guide, Gina, was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of aurora sightseeing ...never realized how much is involved in ensuring best possible chances of seeing this amazing natural phenomenon. She took the necessary time and steps to ensure her guests could see this ...for many, this is a bucket list item and, because of her efforts, we all enjoyed an amazing time! While this is now checked off my bucket list, I definitely hope to do this again!

I’ll put it this way, we booked two tours to see the lights; one with a cabin and then this van tour. The cabin was nice and had some convenient amenities but it’s not even close compared to this van tour that Gina hosted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do, places to visit, and she showed us great viewings of the northern lights. Highly recommend this tour over those other fancy schmanzy cabin ones. Felt like an experience

Gina was a wonderful guide. The Murphy Dome was inaccessible but she studied the forecasts to ensure we saw the lights. We highly recommend this tour with Gina!
